Perseverance

'Let your eyes look forward: fix your gaze straight ahead. Carefully consider the path for your feet and all your ways will be established.'

Proverbs 4:25-26

We have chosen this value, because we want the children to understand the importance of persevering and never giving up. The children are encouraged to have self belief in order to keep on going and to speak out for what they believe is right. We use perseverance in the context of ‘keeping going and not giving up’ and we teach the children that perseverance is only possible where there is hope. At its root, perseverance is not simply about enduring hardship; it is about maintaining faithfulness and commitment to God's will, even when faced with difficulties, and trusting in His ultimate plan and promises.
